Oasis Games Limited (“Oasis Games”), an Asian leader in AAA PC, console and mobile games that is the strategic global publishing partner of Sony Interactive Entertainment Shanghai, is leading a $3M strategic Series A investment into Iron Mountain Interactive GmbH, a Vienna-based, multi-platform games developer. Led by industry veterans Mike Borras and Helmut Hutterer, Iron Mountain Interactive is a highly-acclaimed European game development studio whose team has worked on some of the largest gaming franchises in history including Grand Theft Auto, Max Payne, Manhunt and Dead Island
Under the terms of the Series A round, Oasis Games has made a cash equity investment into Iron Mountain Interactive in exchange for a minority stake in the company. The terms also provide Oasis Games with the exclusive worldwide publishing rights to Iron Mountain Interactive’s unannounced next game – a competitive, online multiplayer “Hero Sport” game scheduled for release globally in 2019 on PC, PlayStation®4 system and other console platforms. This is the first Western investment by Oasis Games and expands the development resources available to make an impactful launch while giving the company a key new title to expand into the multi-billion dollar competitive online gaming space.

To date, Oasis Games has released 90 titles across multiple platforms including PC, console and mobile, including the blockbuster online RPG, Legend Online, that has over 50 million players. Its global publishing resources allow developers to reach players around the world while giving them the freedom to chart their own course.
