Yes its true some of the best add-ons for Kodi have closed down as of now, which includes the likes of 13Clowns which announced this on their Twitter Accounts

Shortly after 13clowns announced they had closed, Maverick TV posted a tweet on their Twitter Platform announcing there closure

Not only that while we were shocked to see all the add-ons close down, we got told that Overeasy addon for Kodi has also closed down. These are all UK Kodi addon developers, and it seems all the tactics being used by British police is working.
