With all of these idle mobile games and idle arenas, it seems that there aren’t any titles out there which actually rely on skill, gameplay, and most importantly, competition in order to get that kick of adrenaline that we’re all usually looking for when it comes to usual games that we play on our PC. As we all know, most games these days revolve around you clicking on buttons and waiting. Waiting, waiting, and then some more waiting. Oh, and microtransactions as we’re all probably also aware. But it seems that there are new games coming out which are bringing back life into competitive gaming and Brawl Stars is one of them.
It recently got an update to celebrate its one-year anniversary which brought some cool new features and a new brawler with it as well. There’s a new game mode, as well as a new map which looks absolutely fantastic, and many people would call the new brawl champion absolutely OP as well. After you end up destroying your competition with this new brawler, you’ll feel like you just dominated like you would in one of those Free Online Porn Games. First of all, the name of the brawler is Bea, and she is on a mission to spread bee power throughout the Brawl Stars realm. That means that she’ll do thrice the damage that she usually does with that shot. With her base damage capping off at around 1100, that would mean that her supercharged basic attack would go up to over 3300 damage. Her super feels a bit underwhelming right now as it doesn’t do that much damage, but what it does is that it shoots out a bunch of bee drones that hit and damage enemies on top of slowing them down. Right now, the super just feels a bit weak with just 140 damage done per drone.
The new map takes place on a ship and it has these amazing Kraken-like tentacles on all sides of the ship. This is where you’ll also be able to play the new game mode which is Gift Grab. This game mode revolves around you stealing gifts from your opponent and it gets rid of the potential for griefing that Brawl Ball had. No longer can your teammates just take the ball and chuck it into your teams’ goal forcing you to exit that game and play some Adult Sex Games instead. You’ll be really glad that this game mode exists, and it has similar rules to Brawl Ball. The first team to score two points wins, and you can chuck the gift around the map when you take it from the enemy. However, the gift will return to the enemy’s base if it’s on the ground for too long.
With so many competitive game modes being released for Brawl Stars and with tons of new content attracting many new players, it’s not hard to see why this game is such a big deal in the mobile gaming sphere. It really is bringing new life to the mobile competitive scene and there have even been LAN events held by Supercell (the creator and producer of the game) which have been really successful as well. In light of every competitive event, Supercell usually gets some new content in so that the players can play around with it and see what they like the most about the game. It also seems that Supercell listens to the community and commits to changes which make the game more user-friendly as well.
If we don’t want all of our players to just quit gaming altogether because there aren’t any good game titles to play on a mobile phone, then we need to concentrate on competitive titles such as Brawl Stars.
