FitXR has announced the launch of two new DLC packs: Absolute Box and Absolute Dance – each pack containing over an hour of exciting and effective new workout classes to expand FitXR’s box and dance offerings.
Absolute Box and Absolute Dance will launch on the Oculus Quest on January 28th, at an RRP of £7.99 each.
The launch from FitXR signals further growth of the total-body virtual reality studio – exciting news at a time it is increasingly important to be able to access a fun and effective workout from home. FitXR provides the opportunity to get your gym fix – but from a virtual studio whereby you’ll be transported away from your house to a virtual environment to get a dose of escapism whilst working out.
Absolute Dance is the first DLC pack for FitXR’s recent Dance studio, providing classes that work a range of movements for the body including cardio fitness, body conditioning and lower body. The new dance workouts are designed to be high intensity but are easy to follow so provide a great full body workout but at a beginners level.
More details on the four Absolute Dance classes included in the pack is below –
- Parachute – A complete body conditioning workout, great to pair with a box session
- Wild – Dance cardio session with classic hip hop moves
- Kokaracha – Body conditioning with lots of squats, lunges, and side steps
- Stormy Weather – Aerobics and cardio focused
Absolute Box provides the perfect classes to help sweat out a busy day, get your heart rate pumping, and give a necessary endorphin boost. The four new workouts help to showcase the variety of skills and movements you can enhance through FitXR – by targeting different areas such as speed, endurance and lower body.
- Lasers And Stuff – a cardio based endurance challenge
- Sweat On Me – work on your speed, reaction time, and hand eye coordination
- Comma Get It – lower body focused to help strengthen legs
- Bad – combines lower body, speed, and complex combinations
Like everything FitXR does, the new content includes an eclectic range of music to enjoy, varying from soundtracks of rock, hip hop, electro, and pop.
