SQUARE ENIX has rolled out a new update for the demo of FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH, the highly anticipated RPG slated for release on Feb. 29, exclusively for the PlayStation 5. Titled “Dawn of a New Era in Junon,” this free demo extends the experience of the previously released “Fall of a Hero in Nibelheim” demo from earlier this month. Offering a glimpse into the expansive and immersive world of the game, it provides players with a preview of what to expect in the most anticipated game of 2024.
“Dawn of a New Era in Junon” is now accessible as a complimentary update to the current demo, marking the moment when Cloud, Tifa, Barret, Aerith, and Red XIII venture into the outskirts of Junon. This fortified stronghold boasts an underwater reactor and serves as a pivotal location in the game. Taking place several hours into the main storyline, this tailored preview within the demo offers a glimpse of the vast in-game world for players to freely explore. Ride alongside a trusty chocobo companion to uncover hidden treasures, utilize the newly introduced Item Transmuter to craft valuable items, embark on daring Combat Assignment missions, and more, all brimming with excitement and adventure.
