The indie developer Screambox Studio unveiled their maze-based roguelite action-adventure Ancient Abyss, will be releasing a playable demo for a limited time on PC as part of the new Steam Game Festival (set for Oct 7 to Oct 13, PST).
The players will be able to experience the first 2 missions from the start of the campaign for a glimpse of the combat system, and the wildest pixel art worlds. Inspired by The Legend of Zelda series, the game features thrilling battle and perma-death mechanics of the Roguelike genre, as well as the exploration and discovery of 2D Zelda games.
