What is missed, more than anything else, is, this sort of stuff happens to everyone, it does not matter what Race, Sex, Religion, sexual orientation etc you are, it will happen, and does happen. I know many men and women, where I have seen threats, violence, sexual advances been thrown about, like it water, when all have to prove themselves, or as a lot say, it’s just banter.
