Crashlands, the crafting-adventure with RPG elements and more than 500,000 players from Butterscotch Shenanigans, debuts on Nintendo Switch today with a new local co-op mode. This mode lands on Steam via today’s free update.
Intergalactic trucker Flux hoped for a smooth day cruisin’ through the stars and deliverin’ packages. Naturally, a nasty jerk of an alien just had to go and rear his ugly head (which happens to be, uh, his entire body) and destroy her ship, and sending her spiralling down to the wild planet of Woanope. Now she’s gotta start from scratch so she can rebuild her ship, get back to her packages, and maybe save the galaxy or something.
Harvest Woanope’s resources, build creative tools, structures, and weapons, and hatch eggs to raise cute ‘lil baby aliens to fight for you. Skip all that boring stuff like inventory management and constant base runs with automatic sorting and convenient teleporting. Bring a friend to play as Flux’s robot assistant, Juicebox, so they can help with both harvesting and combat.
