Independent publishing label Modus Games, along with developers Dreams Uncorporated and SYCK, have announced the beautiful turn-based indie love letter to classic JRPGs, Cris Tales, will launch November 17, 2020 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia. Cris Tales is also planned for a release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Additionally, the gameβs free demo on Steam and GOG is now updated with new enemies and a never-before-seen Colosseum battle mode.
Todayβs news arrived with a stunning cinematic unveiled during the PC Gaming Show, revealing protagonist Crisbellβs fight to prevent her homelandβs fiery demise at the hands of a menacing Empress. The newly updated demo on Steam and GOG introduces a new, mini Colosseum experience! Willhelm joins the party for eight progressively harder battles where players will face new foes and test their mettle in a mini-boss fight! This Colosseum mode gives a glimpse of the Colosseum experience that will be available in the full game.
