505 Games and developer KUNOS Simulazioni have announced an Assetto Corsa Competizione free weekend, alongside brand new discounts for Steam users in celebration of Lamborghini’s The Real Race 2022.
From Thursday 5th May (10am PST) to Sunday 8th (1pm PST), the flagship sim-racing title Assetto Corsa Competizione will be free to play for all Steam users. Simultaneously, between Thursday 5th May (10am PST) and 16th May (10am PST), players will also be able to enjoy up to 60% off the base game and DLCs, as noted below:
- Assetto Corsa Competizione (Base Game) – 60% discount
- 2020 GT world challenge pack (DLC) – 60% discount
- British GT Pack (DLC) – 60% discount
- GT4 Pack (DLC) – 60% discount
- Intercontinental GT Pack (DLC) – 60% discount
- Challengers Pack (DLC) – 10% discount
The latest edition of The Real Race will use the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 for Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC), part of the game’s Challengers Pack DLC. With a prize pool of €15,000 in total, entrants from Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA), North America/Latin America (NALA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) will compete to become the next official Lamborghini esports driver.
Entry is open to anyone with the PC version of Assetto Corsa Competizione. Entrants must be at least 16 years old and must register via the official Lamborghini Esports website.
Assetto Corsa Competizione is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC/Mac via Steam.
