Pearl Abyss has announced that it has officially launched Eternal Winter, the biggest expansion update for its flagship MMORPG Black Desert Online to date. Beginning now, all players who own the base game can explore a new region, pick a new player class called Drakania and embark on a quest to reach the peaks of the Mountain of Eternal Winter.
To celebrate the launch of the new expansion, Pearl Abyss will be offering a complimentary Traveler Edition upgrade for free which will grant players access to Black Desert Online as well as the Eternal Winter expansion via the game’s official website and Steam. The offer will be available between April 6th and April 13th. Players who join the game can also start playing on a new season server, which is specifically designed to help progress character growth faster. Here, adventurers will receive various in-game rewards and buffs that will allow them to catch up and experience the latest content as fast as possible.
