KOEI TECMO Europe and developer Gust have announced that digital pre-orders for BLUE REFLECTION Quartet are now available ahead of the collection’s launch on July 30, 2026. The complete compilation will release digitally for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
To celebrate the opening of pre-orders, the publisher has released a brand-new trailer showcasing the collection, alongside a new illustration from Mel Kishida, the series’ Character Designer and General Supervisor.
The Complete BLUE REFLECTION Experience
BLUE REFLECTION Quartet serves as the definitive collection of the beloved magical girl RPG franchise, bringing together every major entry in the series into a single package for the first time.
Players will be able to revisit the original BLUE REFLECTION and BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light, alongside a story scenario that summarises the events of the 24-episode anime series BLUE REFLECTION: RAY.
Perhaps the biggest addition for long-time fans is the inclusion of BLUE REFLECTION: SUN. Previously available only on PC and mobile platforms, the title will finally make its console debut as part of the Quartet collection, allowing players to experience the entire story across all platforms.
Rediscover the World of the Reflectors
The BLUE REFLECTION series is known for combining emotional storytelling with magical girl-inspired RPG gameplay. Across the collection, players follow students as they navigate friendships, personal struggles, and the challenges of everyday life while awakening powerful magical forms known as Reflectors.
The franchise has built a dedicated fanbase thanks to its focus on character relationships, heartfelt storytelling, and themes of personal growth. By bringing all four major entries together, BLUE REFLECTION Quartet offers both newcomers and returning fans a chance to experience the complete narrative journey.
New Features Exclusive to Quartet
While the collection preserves the original experiences, Gust has also included exclusive enhancements designed specifically for the Quartet release.
One of the biggest additions is the new Reference Database, a feature that allows players to dive deeper into the lore of the series. The database provides additional information on character relationships, key story events, and world-building elements, helping players better understand the connections between the various entries.
This feature should prove particularly useful for newcomers exploring the franchise for the first time, while also offering long-time fans a convenient way to revisit important details from throughout the series.
Pre-Order Bonus Revealed
Players who digitally pre-order BLUE REFLECTION Quartet before July 29, 2026, will receive a special bonus pack featuring four unique photo frames.
These frames can be used within the photo mode of BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light, allowing players to customise their screenshots and create new memories within one of the franchise’s most popular entries.
A Celebration of the Entire Series
For fans who have followed the journey of the Reflectors since the original game’s launch, BLUE REFLECTION Quartet represents the most complete version of the series ever released. Bringing together games, anime story content, and the previously platform-limited BLUE REFLECTION: SUN, the collection aims to be the ultimate celebration of the franchise.
With enhanced features, additional lore content, and access to every major chapter in the saga, it provides an ideal entry point for newcomers while giving existing fans a reason to revisit the magical world once again.
Launching This July
BLUE REFLECTION Quartet launches digitally on July 30, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
The collection will feature Japanese voice acting with English text support.
