EA has announced the FIFA esports teams selected to be featured directly in FIFA 21 via in-game kits and crests. Each year, EA features the most prolific esports teams in-game in FIFA to help bring their fans to their flagship esports tournament.
We’re sharing details in case it’s of interest for news. In addition, we are also offering interview access to both Tundra and Dire Wolves to discuss the value of in-game inclusion.
- After revealing the first ten teams, EA has introduced the second wave of esports teams to be featured directly in FIFA 21. Only a selected number of teams was chosen, and their kits will be available to all FIFA 21 players who log into Ultimate Team between 9th and 15th of December 2020. Fans who want to represent their favourite esports team to the full extent can also earn a unique team crest that can be acquired through Bronze Weekly Objectives.
- The full list of ten teams included in FIFA 21 are FaZe Clan, Tundra, QLASH, DUX Gaming, FOKUS CLAN, NEO, Falcons, Ninjas In Pyjamas, SK Gaming and Dire Wolves.
We are offering interview opportunities with Dire Wolves and Tundra to discuss the added value and opportunities that FIFA 21 in-game kits have for the teams and the brands sponsoring them.
- Tundra celebrated their one year anniversary since the teams launch in September 2020 with a rebrand and the signing of prestigious partners: TikTok as the Principal Partner and Kappa as the Official Sportive Teamwear provider. Tundra is home to 2018 FIFA eWorld Cup Champion and back-to-back Xbox Champion, Musaed “Msdossary” Al-Dossary.
- Founded in 2014, Dire Wolves is Oceania’s most successful esports organisation having led the Oceanic League of Legends scene for several years. The organisation has always been at the forefront of innovation and developing the next generation of talent for the region. Dire Wolves FIFA team is based out of the Esports High-Performance Centre in New Zealand’s iconic Eden Park.
