New Gaming Accessories
Revolution X Unlimited: NACON introduces the Revolution X Unlimited, a premium wireless controller officially licensed for Xbox and PC. Featuring Hall Effect technology to prevent joystick drift, instant triggers, trigger blockers, and a long-lasting battery, this controller is designed for precision and durability. A standout feature is the LCD screen, allowing easy customization of game profiles directly on the controller without needing an app. Expected to release later in 2024, this controller is set to be a game-changer.
RIG 900 MAX Dual Wireless Gaming Headset: The RIG 900 MAX, launching in Europe, offers Dolby Atmos sound, dual wireless connectivity, and a charging base station. With a 60-hour battery life, this headset is built for extended gaming sessions. NACON also announced upcoming limited-edition RIG models, including the RIG 600 PRO and RIG 300 PRO in new colorways like Acid Camo and Cosmic Purple.
Expansion of PlayStation 5 Accessories: Following the success of the Revolution 5 Pro, NACON is expanding its PS5 accessory lineup with new color options—Forest, Urban, and Arctic—alongside a full range of charging, protection, and optimization accessories.
Game Announcements and Demos
- Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown: The much-anticipated Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will be available for players to explore a 1:1 scale version of Hong Kong Island. Set to release on September 12, 2024, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, this MMO racing game allows players to collect vehicles, explore the island, and compete in the Solar Crown competition. Early access is available for pre-order editions starting from September 5, 2024.
- Endurance Motorsports Series: Endurance Motorsports Series, developed by KT Racing, makes its first playable appearance at Gamescom. This endurance racing title, set to release in 2025, offers players a deep racing experience that includes managing both driving and engineering aspects of the sport.
- MXGP 24 – The Official Game: After a three-year hiatus, the MXGP 24 makes a comeback, offering a full simulation of the 2024 MXGP championship. Featuring 21 official circuits and over 50 drivers, the game will be released later this year on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
- Hell is Us: This action-adventure game, developed by Rogue Factor and set in a contemporary world ravaged by civil war, is being presented behind closed doors. Scheduled for a 2025 release, Hell is Us emphasizes exploration, combat, and narrative, guided by players’ instincts and feelings.
- GreedFall 2: The Dying World: GreedFall 2, the sequel to the beloved RPG, showcased new gameplay at the Future Games Show. With an early access release on Steam set for September 24, 2024, and a full release in 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the game promises an expanded world, new characters, and a tactical combat system.
- Ravenswatch: Launching on September 26, 2024, for PC, with a Fall release on consoles, Ravenswatch is a cooperative action roguelike game that reimagines classic tales and legends. The 1.0 version will include new content, such as the half-vampire hero, Carmilla.
- Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator: From the creators of Police Simulator: Patrol OfficersTM, Ambulance Life lets players experience the life of a paramedic. The game focuses on quick decision-making and adaptability to save lives and will be released in Fall 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
