www.twopointstudios.com and SEGA Europe have unleashed a rather unusual collaboration, with Cult of the Lamb joining Two Point Museum in the latest free Digiverse update, available now.
The update brings Massive Monster’s devilishly cute roguelike into the museum management sim, giving players the opportunity to create their very own Museum Cult, recruit devoted followers and explore new locations inspired by the world of Cult of the Lamb.
Build Your Own Museum Cult
The Digiverse is an ever-expanding expedition map in Two Point Museum that allows players to discover new Points of Interest, exhibits and decorations inspired by different game worlds.
With the new Cult of the Lamb collaboration, players can construct a Shrine inside their museum and begin earning Devotion directly from visitors. As the Cult grows, guests can become loyal followers, with their dedication generating additional Devotion, museum Buzz and donations.
Players can then spend their Devotion through a brand-new Cult Reward tree, unlocking additional decorations, upgrades and Cult of the Lamb-themed content for their museums.
Explore the World of Cult of the Lamb
The collaboration also expands the Digiverse with four new Points of Interest, sending expedition teams into the strange and dangerous lands of Cult of the Lamb.
Players can explore locations including Darkwood, Silk Cradle and Anura, with expeditions rewarding museums with new exhibits, decorations and upgrades.
Among the new exhibits are the Drum Circle, Offering Statue and Temple. The Temple allows museum managers to perform mystical Rituals that provide powerful Boons in exchange for Devotion.
The update also introduces the Lamb Exhibit, allowing players to bring the iconic character into their museums.
