KOEI TECMO Europe and Team NINJA have announced that Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition is now available to pre-order for Nintendo Switch 2, ahead of its launch on 3 September 2026.
The new release brings together the complete Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty experience in one package, featuring the base game, every major expansion, additional endgame content, previously released collaboration packs, and exclusive bonuses for Nintendo Switch 2 players.
The announcement also gives fans another reminder that Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember is on the horizon, with its release planned for early 2027.
The Definitive Edition of Wo Long
Set during a dark fantasy interpretation of China’s Later Han Dynasty, Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Complete Edition delivers the most comprehensive version of Team NINJA’s action RPG to date.
In addition to the full base game, players receive all three major downloadable expansions:
- Battle of Zhongyuan
- Conqueror of Jiangdong
- Upheaval in Jingxiang
The package also includes the substantial endgame update The Thousand-Mile Journey, providing additional challenges for experienced players after completing the main story.
New Weapons, Characters and Challenges
The Complete Edition expands the original adventure with new story scenarios featuring characters aligned with three of the most famous factions from the Three Kingdoms era:

The Morale system also returns, once again encouraging players to dominate the battlefield through skilful combat and tactical progression.
Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember will launch on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox PC, and Steam, with availability on Xbox Game Pass from day one.
