FC Barcelona were crowned the overall winners of the third eFootball.Pro League Matchday in Barcelona on Saturday February 23rd, with a one goal victory over Celtic FC
Concluding the third eFootball.Pro League Matchday, held in Barcelona last weekend, Konami Digital Entertainment B.V. has today announced details of the club who emerged victorious.
The third eFootball.Pro League Matchday ended with a victory for FC Barcelona, with the other fixtures ending in draws. El_Matador of FC Schalke 04 stood out with four goals during the club’s tie with FC Nantes.
The day’s most noteworthy result was FC Barcelona’s triumph 1-0 (3-2 and 2-2) against Celtic FC. Celtic were playing with newly announced signings E_C_Oneill and INDOMINATOR.
In the thrilling match pitting FC Schalke 04 versus FC Nantes, El_Matador and GoooL tied with Alex GRD and Aazbabysk of FC Nantes after a second-leg goal-fest 1-1 (1-0 and 3-5). GoooL was substituted for the second game, with new signing MeroMen replacing him. In the first clash of the day, Boavista FC drew with AS Monaco 1-1 (3-2 and 1-6).
Following these results, Celtic have dropped points for the first time this season and conceded the top place to FC Barcelona, although they’re both tied on points. The results also mean that no team is relegated to the Last Chance Group, but nor have any qualified for the semi-finals.
The following fixtures for the fourth Matchday have been officially announced: FC Nantes vs FC Barcelona, AS Monaco vs Celtic FC, and Boavista FC vs FC Schalke 04. The fourth Matchday is set for Saturday, March 23rd.
