Warhammer Underworlds: Online the digital version of Games Workshops’ popular Age of Sigmar deck-building boardgame has left early access.
The team have been hard at work during the Early Access period, adding a lot of features to the game. Indeed, the latest update currently sees the game with “Very Positive” user reviews on Steam. Here is the short version I have to reel off to you:
- Battle others through the tense PVP action in this faithful recreation of the boardgame
- Command 6 Warbands from across the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe – including the recently added Farstriders and Spiteclaws Swarn
- Warband progression system rewarding success with each Warband‘s victory
- Dice and cards-based gameplay to emulate the physical table-top game (even more important in today’s social-distancing climate!)
- Over 40 new cards introduced during the Early Access period, with more to come in the future in the form of regular free content drops
