The VR industry will unite this December with a unique, month-long event filled with announcements, competitions, and much more.
From December 1st, there will be daily activity on the Perp Games YouTube Channel, beginning with a digital animated event calendar and followed by surprise special guests, giveaways, reveals, and exciting behind the scenes looks at some of your favourite VR games.
This video will be followed by numerous activities throughout the day across supporting partner’s social media channels and platforms.
Peace on Earth is a unique collaboration between Perp Games, Developers, Media Companies, Peripheral Manufacturers as well as Influencers and Content Creators, making it a true Festival of VR that celebrates everything people love about the medium.
The theme of this event will be Combat in VR. While Christmas might be the season of goodwill where we extend the hand of peace in the real world, there are many incredible experiences built by talented teams all over the world that let you fight it out in the virtual realm.
And in the spirit of peace and goodwill, Perp Games are proud to be supporting Crisis, the national homelessness charity. For every purchase made on the Perp Games store in December, 100% of the profits will be donated to Crisis, to help give people hope for a future away from homelessness.
Crisis’ Christmas centres offer people a chance to regain confidence and plan for their future, in a supportive environment, away from the immediate hardships of homelessness. Guests are also introduced to Crisis’ year-round training, education and support with housing, employment and health. This long-term support helps people to rebuild their lives and leave homelessness behind for good.
