Ubisoft has announced a major new content update for The Crew Motorfest, delivering one of its biggest seasonal expansions yet through an official collaboration with NASCAR. Season 9 launches starting 4th March and will be available via Ubisoft+, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Amazon Luna, Steam Deck, and PC through the Ubisoft Store, Epic Games Store, and Steam.
Year 3 Season 9 introduces a high-powered NASCAR partnership, the most in-depth user-generated track creation tool to date, and the introduction of RC Cars later in May.
NASCAR Motorfest Tour Playlist – Racing for the Championship
From 4th March, players can jump into the NASCAR Motorfest Tour Playlist, a dedicated series of ten events designed to capture the energy and intensity of professional stock car racing. From qualifiers to finals, drivers will compete for the title of NASCAR Motorfest Tour Champion.
The playlist introduces special gameplay features tailored to NASCAR-style racing, helping players immerse themselves in the iconic atmosphere of the sport.
Season 9 also brings 16 officially licensed NASCAR vehicles, all fully drivable across the Motorfest open world beyond the playlist events.
Mitch Rasmussen, Senior Director of Interactive at NASCAR, commented:
“We’re excited to bring our iconic brand to life in The Crew Motorfest. This collaboration represents another important step in our strategy to bring NASCAR into the digital spaces and places where next generation fans spend their time, giving players new ways to interact with the culture and communities they love.”
Trackforge – The Biggest UGC Feature Yet
Season 9 also introduces Trackforge, the most ambitious user-generated content feature in the game so far. This in-depth track creator allows players to design custom circuits using two templates:
- Motorsports Template – Focused on precision handling and competitive racing layouts.
- Coaster Template – Built for gravity-defying loops, bold structures, and creative chaos.
Players can publish and share their custom creations, enabling the community to race together across Moloka’i and Lanai in entirely new ways.
RC Frenzy Playlist Arrives 6th May
On 6th May, Season 9 expands further with the premium RC Frenzy Playlist. This addition introduces fully playable RC Cars, allowing players to experience the Hawaiian archipelago from a completely different scale.
Expect tight squeezes, hidden shortcuts, and creative traversal opportunities both within playlist events and across the open world itself.
Island Playground and Ongoing Events
Season 9 also refreshes the overall player experience with:
- A new Island Playground packed with varied track layouts
- Summit Contest events combining skill and style-based competition
- Weekly themed activities in the Main Stage
