Konami has announced the #StayHomeWithPES Tournament pitting some of biggest names in football against each other in eFootball PES 2020, including FC Barcelona striker Antoine Griezmann and Juventusโ Miralem Pjaniฤ.
Stars from 11 world-famous clubs will compete in the tournament, which will be broadcast on the official eFootball PES YouTube channel on Sunday April 26 from 17:00 BST / 18:00 CEST.
โIโm a huge PES fan,โ said Miralem Pjaniฤ. โIโm excited to be part of this tournament and play the game on such a stage. Itโs going to be a lot of fun. For me anyway.โ
Pjaniฤโs first match will be in the Quarter Finals against the winner of the bout between Celtic forward Odsonne Edouard and FC Schalkeโs Nassim Boujellab. Also competing in the Quarter Finals will be Interโs rising star, Sebastiano Esposito with his first match against Scott McTominay, Manchester Unitedโs talented midfielder.
โI canโt wait to put my PES skills to the test against some of my favourite players,โ said Scott McTominay. โIโve got my eyes on a final against Antoine Griezmann. He might be a World Cup winner, but he wonโt be ready for me!โ
