“Since the start of the pandemic, video games have increased in popularity, which is unsurprising given the majority of us have spent more time at home.
“For many, playing a video game is an opportunity to escape the routines of lockdown life, to meet new people virtually, or play with friends online.
“2021 is set to be another big year for gaming, with the next generation of gaming consoles, including the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X having launched at the end of last year, so more people than ever before are relying on fast broadband to play their favourite games. So, you can spend as many hours as you need to complete the world’s most difficult games, now would be a good time to consider testing your broadband speed and switching to a better deal.”
